Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BookingOS platform.

Acceptance

By accessing or using BookingOS, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Account Terms

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update any material changes to your account details. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring your users comply with these terms.

Service Description

BookingOS provides software tools for scheduling, booking management, customer records, payments support integrations, and related operational workflows for service-based businesses. We may update, enhance, or modify the platform from time to time to improve performance, security, and functionality.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select at signup or as otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement. You authorize BookingOS and its payment providers to charge applicable subscription and usage fees to your designated payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated, and your access to paid features may end once the applicable term expires.

Intellectual Property

BookingOS and all related software, content, trademarks, logos, and documentation remain the property of BookingOS or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations during your subscription term.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to BookingOS in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the platform in a way that creates legal, operational, or security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction identified in your master service agreement or, if none applies, the laws designated by BookingOS at the time of contracting, without regard to conflict of law principles.
